Patrick J. Swanson, Esquire
Patrick is a native of Manchester. He went to college at Middle Tennessee State University and later graduated from Nashville School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.
Following graduation from law school, Patrick attended the Cannon Trust School at Boston University and began a career in Estate Planning and Wealth Structuring with Bank of America’s Private Bank, where he realized his passion for crafting estate plans to meet the needs of clients for multiple generations.
During his fifteen-year tenure within the Private Bank industry, Patrick advised individuals and families on estate planning matters, including estate tax mitigation strategies, intergenerational planning, charitable planning and trust administration.
Today, Patrick’s practice focuses on estate and intergenerational planning, trust and post-death administration, conservatorships, guardianships and other related domestic matters.
